Creality Ender 7 3D Printer
Creality has fine-tuned the printer and installed the linear rails together with the CoreXY mechanism, to enabled Ender 7 a fast speed of up to 250mm/s and keeps the precision.

Uses of linear rails technology, minimise the movement resistance. Accuracy on position movements, remain stable and precise under high speed.
CoreXY structure for stability
CoreXY is well known for stability and accuracy. Ender 7 uses dual motor for synchronized control to achieve faster speed and high precision.
Smooth extrusion and stable feeding
Customised high volume parts for high speed printing. High volume nozzle, 50mm³ melting chamber, 4000mm³ heating block. Filament is able to be melted and smoothly extrude in high speed. Together with full metal dual gear extruder which differs from single, provide better grip on the filament from both sides which reduces the possible slippage and missed steps. Dual gear can increase precision and accuracy especially when printing flexible materials such as TPU.
Dual cooling fans
Ender 7 equips with dual fans to achieve faster cooling in speed printing.

Uses of linear rails technology, minimise the movement resistance. Accuracy on position movements, remain stable and precise under high speed. Linear rail is a superior upgrade. It is usually equipped on high tier 3D printers together with CoreXY system and makes a combination of very stable printing. Ender 7 emphasize on its speed and therefore needs to improve the stability so as to compensate. You can then choose to print by speed or by quality.
