Warranty

Most products are covered with a one-year manufacturer warranty, except where noted. Customers are required to contact the relevant manufacturers for the maintenance, repair services etc.

Addify is a reseller of various of products and not responsible for the warranty of the products in any case.

Customers must notify Addify within 7 days of purchase if the purchased goods have malfunctions and defects due to the quality of the products.

Addify provides basic technical supports and assist the customer to contact the manufacturers only within this 7 days period.

Customers may be required to bring the item(s) back to Addify in case the item(s) needs to be checked.

All items sold over 7 days of time will not be handled by Addify. Please contact the manufacturers for the products warranty.

Customers are to arrange and settle the repairment shipments with the manufacturers.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the unit shipments and the shipment after the repairment, in case if the items are to return to Addify.

Important Disclaimers:

Addify Limited (“Addify” or “Addify3d.com”) ACTS ONLY AS A CONDUIT TO THE WARRANTY PROVIDER (the manufacturer except where noted) in any of, but not limited to, the following events, warranty providers will not repair products free of charge: physical damage, dropping, spillage, electric shock, etc. The warranty provider will act on their own discretion in these matters, and Addify is not responsible for their decisions. The warranty provider is the final arbiter of all disputes and will charge for all repairs if they deem that any event voided their warranty.

Other notes

Addify IS NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER NOR WARRANTY PROVIDER and shall be held harmless for any actions of the manufacturer or warranty provider, including but not limited to: delays, defective products, or closure. Addify will not be able to provide Rescue service in the event that the manufacturer or warranty provider ceases to conduct business, or for any reason voids its warranty service, or for any other reason fails to deliver on its warranty obligations. If your item is returned for warranty repair and after inspection is found to be in working order (or in user error), you will be responsible for all shipping and repair estimate fees.
