Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95-HF
Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95-HF is a TPU specifically engineered to have high flow and UV resistance properties:
High Flow property:
Extrusion requires pushing filament to create pressure and overcome viscosity. Viscosity depends on nozzle temperature; higher temperature lowers viscosity and required extruder pressure for filament extrusion.
PolyFlex TPU95-HF has low viscosity at low temperatures, enabling faster extrusion and printing speed. It doesn’t need high temperature, resulting in better cooling and surface quality compared to similar TPUs on the market.
UV resistance property:
Ultraviolet (UV) light is probably the most damaging environment for plastics. All applications of plastics which are used outdoors are therefore at risk, from roofing and window frames to vehicles.
ISO 4892-2 is an accelerated weathering test standard to measure the UV resistance ability by exposing samples to fluorescent UV.

200˚C – 220˚C
Printing Speed:
40mm/s – 100mm/s
Bed Temperature:
25˚C – 50˚C
Bed Surface:
Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95-HF can be printed on glass, BuildTak® or similar products, PEI sheet or painters tape. Using Magigoo Pro Flex can improve the adhesion of PolyFlex TPU95-HF on the printing surface.
Cooling Fan:
ON
Based on 0.4 mm nozzle and Simplify 3D v.3.1. Printing conditions may vary with different printers and nozzle diameters
