Remarks:

  • By sending an email, you agree to clearly mention the required dimensions, include the provided .stl file with the correct file name, and specify the quantity of print jobs for each .stl file.
  • This purchase does not cover model fixing. If ADDIFY3D determines that the provided .stl file is not suitable for printing, the customer will be contacted and asked to provide a new .stl file within 24 hours. Failure to provide the file within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of the purchase without a refund of the paid amount.
  • If the .stl files provided exceed the purchased bounding box volume, ADDIFY3D will send an email notification to the customer, requesting them to resize the object to fit the closest purchased bounding box volume. If the customer does not reply within 24 hours, ADDIFY3D will assume that the customer agrees to resize the object accordingly and will proceed to print the provided .stl file.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY
  1. Minimum Order Spending: The minimum spending per order is HKD180
  2. Production Time Negotiation: The printing process typically requires 7-14 working days. In the event that ADDIFY3D is unable to meet the agreed-upon production time, alternative arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon.
  3. Responsibility for Logistics: ADDIFY3D will not be held responsible for any damage caused by logistics problems after receipt.
  4. Exclusion of Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are excluded from the terms and conditions.
  5. Warranty Disclaimer: ADDIFY3D makes no warranty other than those expressly stated in these terms and conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADDIFY3D expressly disclaims any representations or warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  6. Material Usage and Suitability: Please note that the materials used for manufacturing the models make the models suitable only for decorative purposes and not for any other purpose. The models are not suitable to be used as toys or given to children. They should not come in contact with electricity, food, or liquids and should be kept away from heat. The print job will be in white. The SLA print job will be printed using a hollow core.
  7. User Generated Content: All User Generated Content should not contain abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, offensive, pornographic, illegal, or unlawful information, or be likely to infringe on any intellectual property rights.
  8. ADDIFY3D’s Review of User-Generated Content: ADDIFY3D has no obligation to review the User Generated Content and cannot be held responsible for its content. The opinions expressed in the User Generated Content are not necessarily the opinion of ADDIFY3D.
  9. Intellectual Property Rights of 3D Designs: Designers retain all intellectual property rights in their 3D designs. By uploading a 3D design, designers warrant that it is their original creation and not copied from any third party or entity. Designers also warrant that their User Generated Content will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. If User Generated Content is found to be infringing or in violation of any law, the designer will defend ADDIFY3D against third-party claims and be held liable for all (direct and indirect) damages and costs incurred by ADDIFY3D with respect to such claims.
  10. Refund: All purchases are non-refundable.
  11. Promotion Period: The promotion period will run from December 16, 2023, to January 13, 2024.
