Kexcelled K5M Matte PLA Filament

Kexcelled K5M Matte PLA provides a matte texture and even a smooth surface which makes the layer lines not so obvious with optimised settings.

Features:

• Smooth & Stable Printing – Kexcelled has a proprietary technical formula and rigid manufacturing quality control to make PLA K5M have no tangles, no bubbles, and no clog. Its performance is stable with smooth extrusion and excellent adhesion, without stringing and warping issues under optimal settings. To avoid being tangled, please insert the filament end into spool holes after use.
• Matte-Like Material – PLA, a commonly used thermoplastic material known for its ease of use，Kexcelled newly launched filament inherited the good printability of PLA. At the same time, it presents a special matte and frosted texture on the surface of the printed model. In addition, it has a reasonable price and is environmentally friendly.
• Strict Quality Control – Enhanced impact strength and high fluidity which enables you to print in wider temperature and speed ranges and keeps the surface smooth without warping deformation. Accurate deposition of each layer brings good surface quality. Melt well, feed smoothly and constantly without clogging the nozzle.
• Multiple Color – PLA K5M has multiple colors to choose from. The material itself is easy to color. For PLA K5M, post-processing is also easier, allowing users to improve the surface quality with a small amount of sanding and trimming.
• Wide Compatibility & Dimensional Accuracy – Fits very well with the most common FDM 3D printers, the adaptation rate can reach about 98%. Due to the high-quality standards in terms of manufacturing, the diameter of 1.75mm PLA filament is consistent, and the tolerances dimensional accuracy +/-0.03mmi is strict. Extrusion temperature: 210-230°C , Platform temperature: 30-60°C.
